The 2022 Gladstone Harbour Report Card is the eighth annual Report Card released by the Gladstone Healthy Harbour Partnership (GHHP) and provides a holistic assessments of the harbour's Environmental, Economic, Social and Cultural health. The results calculated using 33 indicators derived from 107 different measures across these four components of harbour health.

Monitoring since 2014 has shown that some indicators are stable from year-to-year. Due to this stability, some indicators will only be assessed every third or fifth year. For this reason, Indigenous cultural heritage and mangroves were not assessed for the 2022 Report Card. For these indicators, the 2018 and 2019 results have been carried forward to the 2022 Report Card. The 2022 Report Card is the first time that the harbour's social and economic health has been reassessed since 2019.

Overall, the Gladstone Harbour Report Card 2022 grade results were: Environmental health of Gladstone Harbour, satisfactory (C); Cultural health of Gladstone Harbour, satisfactory (C); Social health of Gladstone Harbour, good (B); and the Economic health of Gladstone Harbour, good (B).
